How can I track my order?

Once shipped, customer receives an SMS and E-mail on registered contact number and e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number.
Or maybe you can simply go to the “Track now” option available on delivery partner website.

I am unable to see my order details in my account What should i do?

This usually happens when you place an order as a Guest without creating an account on our website. If you first create an account and then place the order, it will reflect under your account. However, you can still track your order status by following the below mentioned step: Click on SIGN IN ACCOUNT on the top right corner of the website. Select Track Order Enter your details

How long it takes to deliver the Order?

It takes 3-7 working days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should bedelivered to you within 5 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

  1. If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
  2. Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc.
  3. Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?

We have you covered! We will call you and confirm your availability and reschedule the delivery for you.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

How can I cancel my order?

When can i can cancel my Order ?

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.

How long does it take to cancel an Order ?

It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call. Request received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs. orders will be cancelled immediately if done via my accounts section

Can Galatool.com cancel any order?

Yes, galatool.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances: Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc. In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on Industrybuying.com. Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered. If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order. Suspected fraudulent information.

Can I return the product delivered to me?

Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances: Product is physically damaged/defective Varies from the description on the website Wrong item delivered

Can I return the order if I received a different color of the product ?

If you receive the product in a different color, however, specifications are same then return will not be done.

What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

When I can get refund of my Cancelled order?

Once cancelled, full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order. 1. Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 3 business days 2. If you have made the payment by NEFT and Cheque you need to share the below mentioned details at care@industrybuying.com from your registered e-mail id. Account number Account Holder name IFSC Code Upon receiving the information, your refund will be processed in 3 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 3 business days. 3. For EMI payment, refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.


My payment process was interrupted. What should I do?

No need to worry! You can contact us to check if you’ve paid for the order. If you did successfully pay, the order will be placed for you by our team.

How can I pay for an order?

  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries

Can I use Credit/Debit card or Netbanking to pay on industrybuying through my mobile?

Certainly! You can use your Debit/Credit card or Netbanking to shop on our mobile website.

How do I pay using a credit or debit card?

It’s easy & simple to pay using your Credit or Debit card! 1. Keep your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number ready (found on the backside of your card) 2. For extra security, you’ll need to use your card’s online password (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode etc.) Enter the details when you are prompted to & your order will be successfully placed.

Can I pay with any Credit card?

You can choose to pay on industrybuying with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit cards issued in India.

Can I use any Debit card to pay?

You can choose to pay on Galatool with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit card.


Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale

What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

It means that the stock for the product is not available with our vendors at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Gala Tool?

No, It's not. You can checkout as a guest but you will have to provide us with a valid e-mail, phone number and address for us to send you the goods.

What does 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming’ mean?

Such items are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller. The Preorder duration varies from item to item.

Why do I see “COD Charges”?

Galatool.com charges a minimal fee for orders placed by using COD payment mode. COD charges will be added to your total order amount.

Is installation offered for products?

Installation is not offered on any products by industrybuying as of yet but we are working on it.

Does industrybuying deliver internationally?

Sorry, we don't deliver items outside India yet.


Is warranty applicable to products I buy on galatool.com?

All products bought on Gala Tool come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service centre close to you.

The warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought. How do I claim warranty?

Most service centres accept a proof of purchase( i.e. original invoice ) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble please contact us for help at support@galatool.com

Why is the warranty card on my product not sealed?

We will have to open the box to seal a warranty card and most consumers don't accept items if the box has been opened. Hence as a policy we don't seal on warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide warranty. Please keep it safe.
